Assigning from the team page

To add new team members from the team page, follow these steps:

  1. On the team page click or tap the add team members button on the top right of the screen. This will redirect you to the team settings page.

To add new team members from the team settings page, follow these steps:

  1. On the team settings page click or tap the Assign new user button at the top of the screen.

  1. Complete the New Team Member form

  1. You will recieve a message saying your new team member has been sent an invite to activate their account
  2. The new team member will not become active on the system until they activate their account.

    Until your new team member activates their account, you will not be able to assign tasks to them and they will not appear on the team page.

Resend activation invite

To resend the activation invite, follow these steps:

  1. On the team setting screen. (You will find this under setting in the main navigation)
  2. Find the team member you need to resend the invite to.

  1. Click or tap the more_horiz icon on the far right of the table row.
  2. Select resend invite and the invite will be resent.

  1. If the team member still doesn’t receive the invite, check the email address you have entered is correct and get them to check their junk mail folder. If it isn’t in their junk mail and they still don’t receive it, please contact our support team.
