Task Activity

Overview

Task activity will help you gain better insights into how your team is using their time on tasks and projects. You can analyse the stats that are collected over time to help you identify inefficiencies or pain points in your teams workflows.

Adding a task activity

To add a new task activity, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the timesheet settings page. You will find it under settings in the main navigation.
  2. Scroll down the timesheet settings page until you see the title bar, Task Activity.
  3. Enter a task activity in the input field and click or tap the add activity button.

  1. Success! The new task activity has been added to the system.
Editing a task activity

To edit a task activity, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the timesheet settings page. You will find it under settings in the main navigation.
  2. Scroll down the timesheet settings page until you see the title bar, Task Activity.
  3. Find the task activity you wish to edit on the table below.

  1. Click or tap on the edit edit icon on the far right of the table row.
  2. Change the task activity name and click or tap the save button.

  1. Success! The task activity has been updated on the system.
Deleting a task activity

To delete a task activity, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the timesheet settings page. You will find it under settings in the main navigation.
  2. Scroll down the timesheet settings page until you see the title bar, Task Activity.
  3. Find the task activity you wish to delete on the table below.

  1. Click or tap on the delete delete icon on the far right of the table row.
  2. You will be prompted by a warning message asking you if you wish to delete this task activity. Click or tap confirm delete.

  1. Success! The task activity has been deleted from the system.
